The hotel is modern and impeccably clean, providing amenities like a well-stocked kitchenette. The check-in process was frustrating, leading to a wait for our room which affected our plans. It had a cozy vibe, but a bit more organization would greatly improve the experience.

All in all they offer good service.

The hotel is clean, with attentive personal, and offers prime and exceptionally nice location right by eateries, Lake Tahoe, and Carson City.

The hotel offers spacious accommodations. Our two-bedroom suite allowed my family of six to enjoy our stay comfortably. Alejandro's late-night support and the delicious breakfast made our mornings enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing and clean place, beautiful view of the mountains full of snow. Favourable location next to gas station as well as the Bay Area. Well-maintained and brand-new rooms with beautiful facilities. Separate bedroom and exceptionally comfortable beds;))

Not only was I able to enjoy a good lunch at the Villa Basque Cafe just a short walk away, but I also visited the fascinating Nevada State Museum, only a bit over 2 km from the hotel.

Highly recommend for groups!

When we checked in, the staff was super friendly and helpful, even embracing our dog with a big biscuit! The room was so spacious and well-equipped, it felt just like home, perfect for our group getaway.

It wasn't a bargain, but still acceptable.

I truly enjoyed the cozy and inviting decor throughout the hotel, especially in the common areas. It felt like a warm embrace when I walked in, and I appreciated how accessible everything was for us seniors.

I would appreciate more assistance from the children working there.
